In part three of this four-part series on the corrupt origins of Russiagate, Alberotle digs deeper into the roots of the infamous “Steele dossier” and exposes (1) how the unverified document made its way to the press and various government agencies, and (2) why it was used as fabricated evidence to obtain a Title I Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act probable-cause order (or FISA warrant) authorizing electronic surveillance on Carter Page, a low-level Trump campaign advisor. Finally, Alberote wades into the subterranean world of the Russiagate scandal, namely, how unauthorized surveillance (or spying) on innocent American citizens provided the basic framework of the Russia collusion narrative against the Trump campaign.
